Ingredients:
- Coarsely ground Arabic coffee
- Water
- Cardamom (ground or whole)
- Sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil the Water: Start by boiling water in a pot (dallah).
- Add the Coffee: Once the water is boiling, add the ground coffee.
- Simmer the Coffee: Let the coffee simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
- Add Cardamom: Stir in the ground cardamom and let it steep for a few more minutes.
- Strain: Pour the coffee into small cups, filtering out the grounds if necessary.
