Fruit Salad |
Ingredients:
1 cup of strawberries (cut in half)
2 pineapples (cut into small cubes)
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of red grapes (can be left whole or cut in half)
4 kiwis (peeled and sliced)
3 clementines (peeled and separated into segments)
2 bananas (peeled and sliced)
Natural yogurt (preferably unsweetened)
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, add all the chopped fruits: strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, grapes, kiwis, clementines, and bananas.
2. In a small bowl, mix the honey with the lemon juice.
3. Pour the honey-lemon mixture over the fruits, then add the natural yogurt. Gently mix until well combined.
4. Serve the salad chilled and enjoy the refreshing flavors.
