pasta salad |
Ingredients:
- Pasta: 500 grams
- Peas: 1 cup
- Broccoli: 1 cup
- Carrot: 1 cup (diced)
- Red Bell Pepper: 1 medium (diced)
- Yellow Bell Pepper: 1 medium (diced)
- Green Bell Pepper: 1 medium (diced)
- Mayonnaise: 6 tablespoons
- Mustard: 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil: ½ tablespoon
- Vinegar: 3 tablespoons
- Oregano: 2 teaspoons
- Dried Basil: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta until al dente, then let it cool.
- In a pot, boil the peas and diced carrots until tender. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, peas, carrots, and diced bell peppers.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, olive oil, and vinegar until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine.
