Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Dough:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour with salt and yeast.
  2. Add the olive oil and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the warm water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise for 30 minutes.

2. Prepare the Filling:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
  2. Add the onion and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper. Stir for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin (if using). Let the filling cool.

3. Shape the Pies:

  1. Once the dough has risen, divide it into small balls.
  2. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
  3. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle, fold it over, and press the edges to seal.

4. Cooking:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. You can brush it with a little oil.
  2. Cook the pies for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
