Salad with Grapes, Avocado, and Nuts |
A vegan diet can help with weight gain if followed correctly. It depends on choosing plant-based foods that are rich in calories, such as nuts, avocados, whole grains, legumes, and healthy oils like olive oil and coconut oil.
Additionally, eating frequent, calorie-dense meals may help you achieve your goal. It's also important to ensure you're consuming enough plant-based proteins to support muscle building along with weight gain. Will a vegan diet help me gain weight?
